If you get a Page Cannot Be Displayed message your browser is not currently able to handle a secure page.

We have made every attempt to make our site as user friendly as possible. If you are an AOL user and you are experiencing problems viewing the secure page to pay for your ad with a Credit Card, please take a moment and review the information and suggestions below.

AOL has a known difficulty loadingĀ and processing some secure Internet pages. Over the years, AOL has released approximately 10 different versions of their software, with three different browsers running on two major platforms. (Mac & Windows.) Some versions of AOL's software, particularly AOL 2.0 for Mac, and 16 bit Windows versions of AOL 3.0 and below do not allow SSL encryption, which scrambles your data for online security. If you are connecting to the Internet using AOL and cannot access our secure pages, such as the Credit Card payment page, please try the following:

1. Make sure you have the latest version of AOL software installed.

2. We would recommend that you use a different browser other than the AOL built in browser. We highly recommend FireFox which can be found here: http://www.getfirefox.com/, or you can use Microsoft Internet Explorer (which should already be installed on your computer). To use a different browser to surf the internet with your AOL connection please follow these instructions. Make your AOL network connection as usual and then minimize the AOL browser. Once the AOL browser is minimized, open an alternate browser (either FireFox or Internet Explorer). After you have done this type in http://www.auto-locator.com in the address bar and come back to the place a photo ad page and see if you are still having the same problem.

3. If you are using Internet Explorer as a stand-alone browser and still have difficulty you may need to modify your browser's Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) settings. It's a very easy process and takes just a minute. Click the Tools menu, and then click Internet Options. On the Advanced tab, scroll to the Security section and make sure there is a check beside the settings for SSL 2.0, SSL 3.0, TLS 1.0, PCT 1.0 If there is not a check beside any of these settings be sure to check them and click Apply and then Ok. Then close your browser and restart it.

To test your browser to see if it will handle a 128 bit encrypted page click on the link below. This will load this EXACT same page, except it will load it SECURELY (look at the top of this page to determine the page status).
